Jon Appleyard

Jon’s past employment has been extensively within the customer service arena. Most of his career has been in the communications industry where he has gained experience in sales, sales support, training, customer and staff relations.

Jon commenced in real estate as a sales person in Walloon in October 1992, where he learned the business and won a number of awards within the company. In December 1993, Jon and his wife Sherrie purchased the Walloon office business achieving another goal in their real estate careers.

Over the years, Jon developed and implemented several systems and procedures to improve the operation of his business with the aim of providing good customer service. He believes that well trained staff in a happy work environment produce good results for clients, the business and the staff and their families.

The industry is a hard business, with ups and downs, long hours away from family and friends. For this reason, a well-structured team and facilities ensure that the best possible service is provided to clients and staff.

Jon recently sold PFS Real Estate to Karen Bagenal of RealWay Property Consultants Ipswich. He is now looking forward to working as a full-time sales person. Jon has over 25 years of experience in the Ipswich and Western Region and would love to help you with your real estate requirements.
