Shane is a man on a mission, having permanently relocated from London to create a lifestyle for his young family.

Suited to the RealWay brand, Shane is all about family and business - in that order. He has successfully worked in sales and marketing for fifteen years, albeit in other places around the world, enabling him to have a grasp on business and great work ethics that many can only dream of.
