About Ethan McGowan

Ethan started his career working at RealWay under the guidance of Brent Illingworth in September 2020 and has taken many strides toward being an exceptional Agent in his own right in a very short timeframe. He is passionate about Real Estate & the opportunity to be able to help people achieve their goals & move onto new chapters in their life.

Ethan was born & raised in Bundaberg and is a proud local person. He spent the first couple of years after graduating from Shalom College in 2017 trying to find his feet in the world working in a wide variety of fields – ranging from kitchens to farms to restaurants but all were centered on customer service and hard work. These roles equipped him with awesome people skills and gave him a leg up when it came time to take on the world of Real Estate. The more Ethan explored what he wanted to do, the more he was able to zero in on what he was most passionate about – making sure that his Customer / Client’s needs were not only met but were exceeded.

As a Sales Associate, Ethan conducts a wide variety of jobs ranging from helping Brent behind the scenes to getting his hands on new listings and finding suitable purchasers in his own right. His database management and bookkeeping is near flawless helping our Clients every day to ensure that their needs are satisfied all the while maintaining the professional standards that RealWay prides itself on. These standards along with two of Ethan’s other key values – family & loyalty – align with that of RealWay so when presented with the opportunity to work for Brent Illingworth & the RealWay Team – it was a no brainer.

While Ethan’s work ethic is on point, he doesn’t mind some down time which he fills in by going to World Gym, socializing with friends & meeting new people. Next time you see him around Bundy be sure to say g’day or contact him directly via mobile / email at any time. He’ll be more than happy to assist.
