Greg thoroughly understands all of the steps required to succeed because of his experience at the coalface of the real estate business.  During the first 16 years of his career, he grew a large RealWay agency from scratch.  He has experienced the wonderful benefits but also overcome some of the setbacks of setting up a business.  He knows the dedication and tenacity that it takes as a principal to create a successful real estate agency.

Degree-educated in accounting and marketing, Greg focused on the management of the daily operations: controlling the finances; leading sales and property management teams; and growing the local brand awareness.  He built a large rent roll by providing the highest quality of client care to landlords whilst ensuring that tenants were given respect and that their needs were satisfied in a businesslike manner.  Greg developed a passion to deeply understand, evaluate and systemise his business.  He always searches for cutting edge solutions to all aspects of agency operations.

Consequently, Greg's step to becoming CEO of RealWay is motivated by a desire to share the knowledge, learned in his own agency, with others.  His practical business knowledge, skills, and passion for this fantastic industry allow Greg to assist all RealWay Team members to thrive and achieve their goals on their personal real estate journey.  He loves to celebrate their success.
